Brad Puckett- Owner/Operator

I am a State Certified Master License Electrician since 2006. My wife Jennifer and I have been happily married since 2005. Our child, Landon, was born in 2009 and keeps us more than busy! I grew up and have lived in the Gwinnett area, graduating from North Gwinnett High School in 2001. I have been in the electrical industry for 10 years working in several different fields and applications. I started out in residential new construction wiring new homes, basements, and remodels. After 5 years of new construction, working my way up to foreman, I took courses to prepare for the State of Georgia non restricted electrical exam. Once I was licensed by the State of Georgia, I then went and worked for a major electrical service and repair company in the Atlanta area. I worked there for almost 4 years, learning the repair industry, techniques, and trade.  With the ambition of creating and building my own electrical company, in May of 2010 I resigned at that job to fulfill my dream of my own company. My desire as owner and operator is to create a company built on integrity and trust. I am convinced that in today’s society, customer service and satisfaction is dead. I strive to correct that stereotype and create a company in which every customer is 100% satisfied with every aspect from the first phone call to the second we leave their home. I have two promises that I will always stand behind, one is the customer satisfaction and level of service you receive from Socket Doctors will be top notch from beginning to end. The second promise is every technician that steps into a home or business will be licensed by the State of Georgia, and will always carry their credentials to prove it. Too many companies hire inexperienced electricians who are not licensed or certified and know just enough; that can be very dangerous and catastrophic. Your home is important to you, so it is important to me. You will always have the best on any job, any size; That is my promise!

Greg Pica- Owner/Operator:

I was born and raised in Connecticut. I moved to Georgia when I was 11, due to my dad getting transferred for work. In the summers during high school, I would work for my friends dad doing low voltage wiring. We worked mostly on fire alarm systems in commercial applications. While working for him, we also did some residential electrical work to keep ourselves busy. This is when I realized how much I enjoyed working with my hands doing electrical work, and had an ambition to learn more about it. Once out of High School, I started working for a company that did commercial wiring, new construction and tenant spaces. While working during the days, I also enrolled in an electrical technical school, to learn more about the trade and prepare for my ultimate goal of becoming a Master Licensed Electrician. I continued to train and learn the commercial side under this company for 5 years. Feeling comfortable with my knowledge and abilities that I learned, I decided to try another aspect of the electrical field, Service and Repair. I then started working for an electrical service and repair company who focused mostly on the residential side of the trade, an aspect I had not yet been trained in. After 5 more years of training, continual education, and experience I felt I was finally prepared to complete my goal I set 11 years prior. Summer of 2010 I took the State of Georgia Unrestricted Electrical Exam. Several weeks later, it was official, I was a Master Licensed Electrician. While preparing for the Exam and finishing my goal, I had an opportunity to start an electrical service and repair company, one that I could not pass up. Knowing the ins and outs of the business, I know what it takes to have a successful service company, and its my desire to provide one. I pride myself in our excellent service and attention to details in everything that we do. I strive that every call we leave, there will be a completely satisfied customer. Some companies loose sight of what service means, I hope that we can remind customers that it still exists and WE can provide it, guaranteed.
